FULL DAY MEETING
- Use of the meeting room for 12 hours.

- Free refill of water.
- 1x Coffee Break.
- 1x Lunch and 1x Dinner.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Minimum booking is 10 pax and maximum booking is 50 pax.
• If the number of participants is under a minimum booking, the hotel will still charge a minimum booking fee of 10 pax.
• The meeting package includes notes and pens for each participant.
• Hotels must receive a booking confirmation letter in writing at the time of booking.
• 10% payment of the total booking fee is required as a sign of booking the event.
• A paid receipt cannot be returned if there is a cancellation
• >Payment of the remaining costs is done after the event.
• Cancellations less than one week before the event will be charged 100% of the estimated total cost.
